QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to manage multi-task assignments, work independently, and perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or co-workers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, accounting, and other related computer programs. Ability to work varied hours/days required to oversee store operations. Ability to successfully handle multi tasks.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and office area. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to manage the store.
