...who gets a bit riled up at the absurdity of [putting energy into prosecuting anyone] - who's going to put their own expenses (time/energy/$$) into traveling across country, to follow through with a marriage that won't be recognized in their home-state]... i don't get it???
why's WI so uptight...
is it b/c they're not getting the money or recognition for treating its own citizens with a respect and dignity, that thousands of its heterosexual citizens take for granted daily... seriously, [WI] is going to charge/prosecute and fine these citizens because of 'validation' that isn't even valid in this state?!?!... i'm gonna go out on a limb and say, it's none of WI's business, if this couple, or any other LGBTQ couple want to get married elsewhere... (this eerily reminds me of the illusion of 'separation btwn church and state'
anyway, i need to go calm down (and do my homework) before i get too riled up... thanks for the post, i'ma share this w/my family and stir the conscious pot a bit.
